Last day

Today is the last day at STEPS and i am sad. I had a lot of fun and on Wednesday we flew our planes. Mine was 6th in line and I didn't crash it! Everything worked out but my controls weren't working so we had to make some adjustments but all was fine. My whole family was there and I was happy to see them. I had lots of fun in all the classes. My favorite was soldering with Regina Goldner. My roommate and I had lots of fun together and it turns out we have a lot in common! We both like Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and The Hunger Games. We stayed up late and asked each other trivia questions about the three late into the night. I am definitely coming back in 9th grade  if I get in. STEPS camp 2013

I'm at STEPS! On Sunday I met my roommate, Abbey, and got set up in my dorm. We had orientation and met all the counselors. I am in the yellow group and our main counselor is phoenix. I have 11 other people in my group including a friend from another camp! We also went to science outside the box and made name tags, journals, and cranky boxes. My hopes and dreams for the upcoming week are that my plane will work out. I've never built a remote controlled airplane before and I'm really excited. I also want to make new friends at STEPS camp. We learned that making mistakes is a good thing so I'm not too worried. I think I'll have lots of fun and everything will work out.
